2. If yes, what can the community do to make it a thing of the past.
B. WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT
1. What do you feel are the two most significant issues facing women and girls in our community?
2. Do you think these issues are being sufficiently addressed by existing programs and services?
3. If no, what services are lacking?
In your opinion, what can be done to better meet these needs?

Subject: I praise EWEF.org and YWCA Yonkers
EWEF.org and YWCA Yonkers Charities deserves praises!
I agree with last comment. Charities like EWEF.org and YWCA Yonkers do make a difference! They seem to operate under the radar of mainstream media, contributors or major donors as they do not make the loudest noise it seems. While they do valuable service for us all, they also do them within the context of thanklessness or societal accolades. Sadly though; with little or no fan-fairs, they and their efforts tend to be the ones least recognized for what they represent in what is done right in our world today. They should be applauded for what they do for us all thru their respective missions in their selfless contribution to out community. I hope folks will donate to them. They do represent worthy causes. I personally have and I’m also a volunteer at EWEF.org!

Subject: EWEF.org shouts out to YWCA Yonkers!
EWEF.org and Woghirencharity.com shouts out to YWCA Yonkers! Organizations like YWCA Yonkers are doing what it takes to make the world a better place. Empowering women, eliminating racism and all kinds of discrimination that goes with it from our society is a noble thing! It should be noted here however that this sort of thing is a thing that we as a society should NOT still have to contend with in this day in age. Not ever!
But thanks to YWCA Yonkers, we are getting better off in a world in which charity work tends to be ‘Thankless’ indeed. They are making a difference. As founder of EWEF, I can say this is indeed a noble Endeavour tackled by courageous individuals who truly care about humanity. While I personally applaud them, EWEF.org & Woghirencharity.com (who in their own way are doing their part) salutes them for a job well done!

Subject: Needs
Women's needs are ever changing depending on their location. With the high number of immigrants in Yonkers, I would imagine that immigration assistance and assimilation would be a big piece of empowering women. YWCA can help meet this need.
