YWCA Yonkers Senior Health and Wellness Program
The YWCA Yonkers Senior Health and Wellness Program offers a wide range of support to seniors.
Activities and services are developed based on input from the seniors served and those activities are as diverse as the seniors served. Regular program activities include aerobics and exercise, bingo, movies, arts & crafts, music and computer, and activities that promote healthy lifestyles and preventive care.
Professionals visit the program regularly to speak with the seniors about various issues of importance.

Our Senior Wellness Program combines classes with engaging, fun activities — and we showcase it with high-quality videos that show seniors laughing, moving, and connecting. These videos aren’t just promotional: they demonstrate real outcomes, build trust with families, and inspire participation.
