Your Best Training Starts Here!

The YWCA of Yonkers has taken an impactful step towards empowering the local community by launching a robust six-week job readiness program. Our Work Readiness Program equips youth with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Participants receive training in resume writing, interview preparation, professional communication, and workplace etiquette. We also provide hands-on workshops, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities. In addition, YWCA Yonkers offers job placement support by connecting youth with employers, internship programs, and employment resources to help them secure meaningful work experience and long-term success.
